Coming Eventually: The Joke's On You

Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, I've had the old gears a-turning in my brain again, and wouldn't you know it, out popped an idea for a Persona 5 Displaced story, starring, you guessed it:

Akira Kurusu is the new kid at Canterlot High. He's quiet and most often seems to prefer to be by himself most of the time, which make the school's resident heroines, Sunset Shimmer, Rainbow Dash, Rarity Belle, Fluttershy, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight "Sci-Twi" Sparkle to wonder if there's something he's hiding.

And boy, are they right.

For one thing, Akira Kurusu isn't Akira's real name, nor is this world his own. In another life, he was Jason Edwards, an 18-year old boy who had been an accidental victim of a gangland shooting and died in the hospital, only to be offered a second chance at life by the mysterious Igor and Lavenza (who seems to suffer from some kind of split personality), which he accepts. Next thing he knows, he's Akira from Persona 5, leading a double life as Canterlot City's new resident vigilante, known only as "The Joker," who has had...mixed receptions by the public.

Now, however, Canterlot will need The Joker more than ever before, as freaks, monsters, and demons from another dimension are starting to force their way into their world. On top of that, Sunset Shimmer and her crew, particularly Sci-Twi, need help learning how to control their new Persona abilities. Can they make it out of this mess in one piece?

Now, my initial problem was what in the Hell was I gonna use for the Human 7's Personas? Then, it clicked:

Sunset Shimmer's Persona:

Rarity's Persona:

Sci-Twi's Persona:

Knew there was a reason Midnight was still stuck in Sci-Twi's head.

So, I've got a ton of work left to do on the project, but I'll keep you posted. Stay perky.
