No one really. I find shipping pretty unnecesary.
Well when I created Crafty Dodger, he was suppose to just be the best friend of the Emperor because I was expecting the Emperor to be a male.
Now that Chrysalis is the Empress and Crafty Dodger is still probably her best friend, I'd ship them, but I wouldn't focus on it.
Maybe some smooches once in a while, but you should be focusing on the war more.
Canon-wise, I ship Applejack and Rainbow Dash.
NON-canon-wise, I ship AJ with my OC, Wolf.
(It's my headcanon that all three are Bi.)
