Every time my internet goes down, I work on this exact Minecraft world. · 5:52am Mar 26th, 2017
It's kinda saying something when the world looks like this after only about half a year since creating it in the first place.
With shaders!:
But yeah. Whenever the internet's down on the weekends, I just start building whatever. Recently it's been bridges to link together the floating islands, and a couple weeks ago it was underground cities. Originally, the world was supposed to just be a fun little thing that I'd work on the side, but it's now become the epitome of my creativity when I have no other outlet for it.
Also, I just like the look of the sky-village during the sunset, so I took a screenshot.
And boy, do Minecraft Shaders kick butt... Normally I'm hovering around 80 fps on that world, but Shaders drops it down to 6. I have a GTX 1050 ti.
Pretty.
4472163 Just today alone I built several large branches off of the main bridge in the background leading to multiple islands that I'm interested in building on. I'm going for a semi-realistic towny feeling, so I've also been taking time to build bridge support beams and other things of the such.
4472166 thats really neat.
4472172 Yeah.
Dude. Nice build!
4472217 I like building things as stress relief.
4472488 Does it work well? Building usually just winds up frustrating me. I prefer slaughter mob hordes. But to each his own, I suppose.
4473535 Yeah. I rarely get lag, so I pretty much am able to do whatever.
4473618 Nice. Hey, at least it's something to do when your crappy Internet takes a turn for the worse, right?
4474614 yup
