Sorry that I haven't updated again in a while. 
A combination of being busy and being obsessed with a video game has caused me to not be able to concentrate on writing. 
But soon I will conquer Xcom 2 Long War! Gosh darn it! And then I'll be writing horsewords again. Should be back on schedule on monday or tuesday.
(And then a little bit later Mass Effect: Andromeda will come out and we'll have the same problem again...)
That's fine. Just never FORCE yourself to write. I've seen too many good stories end because the writers forced themselves to write to appease the readers. That takes all the fun out of writing, and eventually the story just gets abandoned.
I can related a bit too. While I don't write, Horizon Zero Dawn is taking a lot of time away from other projects I have. Then I'm sure Andromeda will make it even worse, lol.
Take all the time you need. Inspiration can't be forced after all. I burned out about halfway through xcom 1 long war. How does this one compare?
4451907 It's long, it's difficult, and annoys me to no end. :P If you want to spend about 100 hours in misery, play it! Otherwise, I'd recommend just vanilla Xcom 2 (or Xcom 1), long war isn't that much better.
