Brain's a Churning Again.

As "Kong: Skull Island" approacheth, an idea has been boiling in my head and sooner than later I might just start writing it.

From what I've been thinking, it's another Anon-a-Miss aftermath story; Sunset runs away, the Crusaders tell their peers too late, and the damage is all too great, etc. etc.

But... a message is sent to Equestria, not to Twilight, but to Princess Celestia in her sleep. But the message is far from pretty; just as she is devoured by some mammoth reptile, her view becomes black.

"Help me, Mother..."

Taking this personally, Celestia comes to Twilight's Castle, asking for her assistance in the Human World. At first reluctant ("Oh, so we can't go with you, but Celestia and Spike can?!" argues Rainbow Dash), Twilight, Celestia and Spike enter the land where bipedal mammals roam. But the reunion is a bitter one, seeing that Sunset is replaced with another Twilight Sparkle. But the good news is that Sunset still lives, albeit in the most unlikely places. Taking (or dragging, as Rainbow Dash calls it) the CMC along to finish the closure.

But obstacles still keep in the way such as five monsters and three familiar women leading a cult of anthropomorphic reptiles and their massive pets. For the rest: Who are they, where did they come from, what does this have to do with Sunset, when has this happened, how and why? Either way,

"Monsters exist in all of us..." Says Celestia.
