Judging from the summary this doesn't seem good. The author apparently likes to end statements abruptly. The FiMFiction people apparently don't find it too bad. Why does he need to earn their friendship before he gets home. What is even bringing him home. This is a weird summary.

How does a lightning bolt teleport. That isn't a very good reason.

I think this fic would be equivalent to me writing one in the style of:
