me checking the dislike ratio on my new story

Glad to know bigotry is still alive and well in this fandom.

It's glad to see some of us didn't watch the same series as I did.

    So where I've been

Okay, uh... how do I begin this? Well, I suppose I should start with the obvious. Yes, I've been distracted. If you follow me on Archive that should be obvious. And if you don't, you totally should btw. Yes, I'm shameless.

Been a hell of a ride, honestly. I just apologize for dragging it on for so long.

Okay, just a question... · 5:26pm Feb 11th, 2017

Valentine's Day is almost upon us, so this got me thinking. Okay, I'm just asking here, but what type of romantic writing do you find easier? The type where you actually build up to the romance slowly and steadily, or where you write two characters already in a established relationship? Both come with their sets of problems. For the first type, you actually have to make the romance believable and make it not seem rushed in any way, and as for the second type, you would have to come up with a believable legitimate reason as to why both characters are in a relationship. Your thoughts?

Hiya! For a Valentine's Day deal, I think it would be easiest to start with them doing something romantic and use flashbacks of how they got to where they are in their relationship. This is advice from a very lonely pony, so don't take my word for it. ~:derpyderp2:

I usually prefer the slow build up personally. The reason why is because the characters begin to know each other and there feelings grow from friendship to love.
