Does this Story Need a Tragedy Tag?

This is something that I've been thinking about for a while, and I was hoping one of you might offer your opinions on this. I didn't want to give it a tragedy tag at first because I didn't want anyone to think that the crusaders might die in the end. However, I'm beginning to feel that leaving that tag off is misrepresenting the content. What do you think? Is the sad tag good enough, or should I add on the tragedy tag as well?

I don't see why you couldn't due to the "loss of innocence" if you will. However, if you read the summary, it's pretty clear what's happening in the story. So, dealers choice I guess.
