An idea I was toying with

Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, the gears are a-turning in my brain again, and I've thought of an interesting concept staring this character:

And yes, it would be set in the Equestria Girls universe. Anyways, the idea was this: what if, as the result of an accident during one of her raves, Vinyl Scratch gained Neon powers? You know, like Fetch from inFAMOUS: Second Son? Of course, it wouldn't nesscessairly be a crossover or anything like that, but still it'd be fun to experiment with, and come up with villains for Vinyl to fight, not to mention break the mold I've created for myself a bit. The title I'm thinking about using, if I do indeed go through with this project, is "Pulse," which would also be Vinyl's crime-fighting persona. Of course, I'd need a co-author to help me out with this, as well as a viable cause for the accident. Anyone interested?
