I just moved... · 11:20am Feb 5th, 2017
So yeah, I just moved my entire life to Adelaide. Said goodbye to my dad and sister, gotta say, I don't think I have ever cried so much in my life. My mum came up with me to help me get settled in. I gotta say, if you have ever had to drive away from your birth home knowing you will probably never live there again, it is one of the hardest experiences I have ever dealt with. So many times on my drive to the boat I wanted to turn the car back and hug my sister and not leave.
Our family has lived in that home for over 3 generations and maybe one day I might even end up back there, teaching at the school (If uni goes swimmingly) I went to. I will miss my friends, family, work (it was an amazing job with even more amazing co-workers) but I have a new life beginning here.
This also means that I have a proper desk and hopefully a new laptop soon = faster typing = more chapters yay! But yes it is time for life to start and I will be going through a lot of changes, I may get more chapters out than ever, or I might find it more difficult than ever to get behind the keyboard. I'm not gonna sugar coat anything at this stage.
The future is exciting, and while I want to look back and remember all my amazing experiences, but I will move forward, and I can't be in a better community filled with amazing people, thanks for all your support and love and comments. It drives my love for writing on this site. Here is to an amazing three months writing on FIM Fiction, and here is to many more!

Adelaide? I think I heard of that city before, just don't know the province *I'm a yank, so...* also, best of luck in your new life, man!
I feel you, my sister is leaving this year for college and it seems like something in your life is leaving you. But best of wishes from a friendly Latino
