    As time goes by

Hey guys, I don't know how many of you are reading this, or if anyone really cares but I guess this is an important thing for me personally.

There was a time where this helped me... a lot. I grew and changed and improved and I am so thankful I made all this stuff, all this writing. There was also a time where I could commit to the writing. I was so eager to keep writing fics.

Alicon 2018! Con report/update/thanks to all!

Well... what an eventful week I have had. Firstly I would like to apologise to all the people who found this on FIMFiction, the amazing people who have been waiting for me to publish stuff where... I just haven't been able to do anything. Once again, university on top of being a part of Alicon has just made my life incredibly busy and it's going to be like that for a while. Please bear with me

Alicon 2018! Con report/update/thanks to all! · 10:28am Sep 25th, 2018

Well... what an eventful week I have had. Firstly I would like to apologise to all the people who found this on FIMFiction, the amazing people who have been waiting for me to publish stuff where... I just haven't been able to do anything. Once again, university on top of being a part of Alicon has just made my life incredibly busy and it's going to be like that for a while. Please bear with me and come November, I will be dropping chapters like they're hot!

To all the people who have been absolutely amazing and asked me "how was the panel?" or "How has alicon been?" or "where the actual hell are you, you lazy piece of trash." This is for you:

The panel went amazing! Opening ceremony finished and I met the amazing TheSlorg and Mr Numbers, then promptly went and trashed their panel had a fantastic time on stage talking about writing. I couldn't ask for a better set of panelists and it all went off without a hitch. Thank you to all my amazing friends who sat in the front row and cheered me on, I saw you and it made me feel so freaking loved! You guys know who you are. Due to some technical difficulties, unfortunately the panel was not recorded, but that's okay! We talked about pretty general stuff, but also talked about dealing with criticism and the difficulties of gaining attention on the site! (among other things, if you'd like more details hit me up because it was fun to talk about!)

The con was now in full gear and I had an absolute blast meeting so many people I had talked to online and thank you all so much for coming up to me and saying hi! It really meant the world, between running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, and making sure everything was going smoothly, I didn't get much time to seek many people out so the fact that you all did that for me was incredible! And I truly hope you all had an awesome time there!

It was a small con, but I really did love it like that, everyone was so personal and welcoming and just down to earth. We had so many smiles going around it was hard not be infected with it all. I'm so glad that everyone had so much fun and everything was worth it for such an awesome turn out.

Between both days it was pretty hectic, but day two was definitely less so which was great because I felt like trash. But I quickly got back into the spirit of the con and we left on the highest note every, Alicon 2019! Which I very much hope to be a part of once again! It has been an amazing experience and I want to personally thank some people who just went absolutely above and beyond for me and to make sure I had the best time ever! Thank you so much Bumper, Treble_sketch, Geechan, CrackedInkWell, frequency, labrat, Tk, Tg, and the rest of the BAU gang for making sure I was alive and being the best friends ever. Thank you so much to all the venders, volunteers, my co-panelists, and Tyson and the rest of the organisers for making the entire thing an event worth remembering. Thank you so much to Willis, Eye_CFox, Vivid Syntax, and all the other amazing people who supported me from across the seas. And thanks for hearing me out because I honestly can't stop saying it enough!

I was super anxious about being around a large group of colourful brony con-goers, especially in my home city, but the con was honestly such an amazing experience and I was quick to forget the anxiety that coursed through me initially. But be expecting to see more of me, because now I am definitely not going anywhere!

It was a pleasuring meeting you again! Would definitely love to meet up with your more in the near future ^^

I still don't trust them, what if it's still a ruse? Imagine, it'd be the greatest misdirection if they actually held the con and then cancelled it :P Good times bro, nice hanging out all weekend

I did things to help, it was fun and also stressfull.

Was great to meet you. Your answers were well thought out, and you handled yourself like you were an old pro.

Hope to see you on more panels in the future.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time! And it's so great hearing that the convention was a smashing success! Thanks for helping to keep it going - volunteers are the lifeblood of the conventions.

The panel sounds fantastic, too! I'd love to hear what y'all ended up talking about in more detail if you don't mind.

Congrats on surviving, and thanks again for helping the con come to life!

I am proud of you. while I'm sadly a world away, hearing this puts a smile to my face. Although, I confess that I am curious if you talked about other things.

But don't worry about us, we can wait on your stories as long as you tell us what's going on. If we just have to wait until November, we shall. Do what you must with your classes, and put some trust in yourself that you can succeed.
