Anyone Wanna Be a Co-author or Cover Artist?

Hi guys! Is anyone willing to help me out with my K-9 story? I have basic ideas, but lack motivation, hence the long waits and updates. I'm looking for someone who is familiar with Doctor Who and loves crossovers. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

One more thing! I request some cover art for me story. If any of you know a good artist just let me know. I'm broke and can't pay for commissions, sadly. I have a good idea on how the cove should look.
