I intend to flesh out the ending of Bane just a little bit more. It has been pointed out the ending has a couple of loose threads that need to be addressed. I intend to do that. (Spoilers below)
1.) What happened to Philomena? She sort of dropped off from the story. Well, she does not like John. He is the cause of Celestia's broken heart and she watched her friend suffer the loss of her ponies.
2.) A little more can be done to explain how the characters began their way on the road to recovery. Did Luna go into John's dreams? The answer: Yes. She kept her word.
Those are the things I can think of right off the bat. It won't be an extensive re-write, just a little expansion on what is already there. I hope to have it done and posted by tomorrow night at the latest.
Thanks to you guys, Bane sat at the top of the Featured Box from December 19, 2016 until early this morning, the 23rd. In total, four and a half days! I am floored with how much people enjoyed the story! There has been a lot of requests for a sequel, or even some prequels (I think one reader requested it), but at this point in time, I am not interested in pursuing such ideas. I still have other stories I need to finish, some of them over three years old! I will keep an open mind and if inspiration strikes, then maybe something related will pop up down the road.
In short, it was a great run!
