I have, thou hast, he/she it hath, we/you/they have
I do, thou dost, he/she/it doth, we/you/they do (with didst as the second-person singular past)
I am, thou art, he/she/it is, we/you/they are.
General verbs will just have a "-[e]st" and "-[e]th" appended to second- and third-person singular.
One should notice a similarity to the standard German verb conjugations. Likewise, note the relationship of "thou" with German "du" and French "tu" and similarly in other Romance languages; it implies familiarity, if you're being truly correct.
If you really want to have fun, include thorns…but this runs a risk of running afoul of site rules of posting in English. Then again, it technically does not specify Modern English…
