And it's back to pony.

So ... yeah! Had a busy weekend, but things are winding down. Of course, one of the things about a busy weekend was that I didn't get any writing done, compounded with the fact that the original-work thing I'm working on is stalling, as expected, around the 10k word mark ... I think my biggest problem is that of structure, in that I have a couple of neat ideas for setting/action/etc, but linking them together is proving harder than I'd anticipated.

So, with NaNoWriMo coming up, I figured I'll give it a go (and likely fail miserably as usual) again, and, well, we shall see!

BUT.

Partly as a warmup, and partly to get some stuff out that I've been meaning to scribble down for awhile now, I've started Yet Another Equestria Girls Fic, The Alicorn Job. I've been meaning to write a 'heist with ponies' story for quite some time now, so we'll see how it goes! My goal is to hammer the whole thing out by the end of the month, so that way I'll have practice in writing bunches of words going into NaNoWriMo, and I get to take a short break from 'real' work, or something. Plus people comment on my stories here which is always fun for input, yaaay.

In any case, should be a fun ride, especially since I'm not 100 percent sure where this story's going yet. Stay tuned!
