Oh well, don't worry. Something to eat with a dash of pony will jot me awake soon enough.
Speaking of pony, does anyone know about today being the season finalle? I don't know if I'll get to watch it when it airs since I may be going out for lunch, but I might end up watching it tonight. it would be the first episode since flutter brutter.
but I am determind to finish season 6 before next year!
It's not that I haven't wanted to watch it, I just got distracted by other tv shows.
Even though I've missed episodes, I am well accquianted with Starlight, the pony of today's episode. And to be honest...I don't know how to feel about her.
Like..she was an okay villian at the beginning and her history is certainly interesting. Her personality and traits don't stand out to me (save her talent for magic) I'm not saying she cardboard and it may just be me, but she just sorta seem like that one song with three cords that repeats and repeats. That doesn't mean I dislike her. But I don't like her either. I just don't have a reason. 
If ya'll have some opinions on her that could help me decide whether to like her or not, feel free to share!
Who knows, maybe this episode (if I watch it) will alter how I think of her.

I actually dislike Starlight quite a lot.
She appears to me like somebody thought of a way to capitalize on the popularity of Sunset Shimmer and tried to copy her. Aside from that is the fact that she is absurdly good at magic and goes toe to toe with Twilight. Who was the most powerful Unicorn for three seasons and is now an Alicorn. Nothing about Starlight is original, not her Backstory, not her character, nothing. She was a great villain in the season 5 opener. The season 5 finale was full of plot holes and never resonated well with me and then she is all "I was so evil and am so sorr, please forgive me." Sunset Shimmer was like this in the second EQG movie and is was past that now. Starlight did nothing to redeem herself, but was forgiven by anybody anyway because reasons.
I don'T think the season 6 final will do much to change my opinion on Starlight Glimmer but I will watch it and we'll see what it brings.
