Nope, followed the instruction on he STEP website word for word.
And it worked fine for the first couple of start ups with no issues then suddenly stopped working for no reason. Even though I didn't install any mods that would effect it. Namely only installed two new mods. A new body map (Sporty) and just some random armor thing.
Even if they did cause it I turned both off in MO and that didn't fix it, so it wasn't them.

I once I click play on MO I don't click anything else until the main menu pops up.
But when I did that little window that pops up when you start SKSE had not responding on it but it did eventually load up to the start menu and when I click new game I let it sit then the entire window turns gray and it stops responding.
And getting rid of Boost stopped that from happening so it was Boost doing it since I made no changes beyond those two mods which ultimately had no positive effect when I turned them off.
