It's All Wrong... By Rights We Shouldn't Even Be Here.

I'm not going to make empty promises that I'll suddenly start writing a chapter every week... But I may be writing a chapter every week already.

OR rather, I've proven to myself it's possible if I stop vectoring and use that late night "I WILL NOT FALTER" time to do that, instead.

I've been re-writing A World Apart to have a much more satisfactory premise/start, but will otherwise be much the same story in later chapters - such as chapters 4 and on, or whereabouts.

I've been reading a bit, too - they say any good writer reads a lot. Recently, FlimFlam's videos made me aware of "The Star In Yellow" which seemed to possess that surreal, deep kind of tone to it that I love, so I decided to give the fanfic a try, and it's got some wonderful meta in it. I got to wondering about writing stories in dark settings - throwing these cute little ponies that belong under a happy, summer sun, frolicking, into a frozen hell.

But the comments had the most amazing thing in them that really moved me. Here it is. So I will continue to write A World Apart.
