It couldn't be any fucking easier.
All I've done is cut back on my caloric intake for five weeks, and drinking well over 2400 ML of water a day, and I've already lost 10 pounds.
I haven't gotten off my extraordinarily lazy ass and exercised at all.
I've just started obsessively counting calories with a soft limit of 1000 a day and a hard limit of 1500 a day. And I give myself a single binge day in Sunday as long as I remain below 2000.

Yeah, but what if you hate yourself and you are out of money for gambling and you don't have cigarettes or alcohol to not think about it, all you have left is eating.
