Is there a difference in the Anthropomorphic forms of Humans and Equestrians?

Magical ability to put it simply. Equestrians by nature are more fined tuned to their environment, and thus have more magical potential than their human counterparts as they draw their power passively from the magic in the air.

Humans however are more physically attuned, and are for the most part physically stronger than their Equestrian counterparts. Their pool of available magic is a personal one (in a similar fashion to KI), and while this means using magic as a more physical effect on Unicorns but in return it makes their spells hit harder physically. Also Humans do not learn magic the same way Equestrians do and is tied to their personality and physical well being.

Is their a difference between Marcia’s Berserk and Eternal Release Restraint states?

In how they work no, but how it is executed yes. Berserk for the most part is the human body pushing past it’s natural limits, and the user is acting on instinct but at the cost of overwhelming and injuring the body. On a magic user such as Marcia their natural aura (Marcia’s is normally blue) gets darker which is caused by the users anger and hatred, and gets darker the more powerful those emotions are.

Release Restraint isn’t a power increase in any shape or form, This is Marcia’s base anthropomorphic form as this form has the combined form of both Human and Pony forms with the strengths and weaknesses of both. It’s only referred to as Release Restraint by Marcia as it’s a form she can fight at her fullest in without succumbing to her heart condition.

Eternal Release Restraint is however a power increase due to Marcia is now wielding the Betrayal. Now this only applies to Marcia due to two reasons.
1)Anything the Betrayal can do (Form mimicry, and create defensive barriers) Marcia can do already even without the Betrayal, the power increase is the result both working to together.
2)To anyone else the Betrayal is just another weapon which gives them access to Marcia’s base abilities, but to Marcia the Betrayal is quite literally a part of her and is considered to be an independent part of her body.

Why does Marcia have a Senshi like form even before she copied Pluto’s powers?

Comedy aside? Marcia is a big fan of the Sailor Moon series, not that this makes much of a difference if this was Mark then the form would have resulted in a form similar to a Kamen Rider or Sentai. Marcia’s powers are heavily based on her personality after all.

As for copying Pluto’s powers? Setsuna only showed her how to use them alongside the ability to repair rifts. Marcia on her own can’t become a true senshi (she doesn’t have a star seed), she can potentially become one should Setsuna allow her to. In fact Marcia is a better candidate for Sailor Mars, Mercury or Venus than Pluto. Marcia’s Sailor Pluto form is just her mimicking Sailor Pluto at her absolute weakest.

Is there any bits of Trivia you can share?

Marcia being a large ham while in her Senshi form? She secretly enjoys acting like that, even as Mark this still applies.

Out of Everlynn’s children, Elaina outclasses Marcia in magical potential and intelligence, Nathan will eventually outclass Marcia in terms of raw physical ability but Marcia is a much faster learner than Elaina and Nathan.

The dynamic between Marcia, Shaun and Matt? Marcia is weak but skilled, Shaun is the ace, and Matt is a genius bruiser.

Setsuna is the only character in the story who can no sell Cillen’s All-Delete and memory related powers, in the same vain Cillen can no sell Setsuna’s time related powers even when taken to their logical extreme.

While Memoria are the result of twisted and distorted memories, they are in fact a possible evolution for human kind should they revert to their more primal and berserk sides. This is referenced by the more powerful Memoria are more human like in appearance. The other possible evolutions are the Pony-Human hybrid (which is intentional on Setsuna’s part), a Sentiment should they meet the requirements, or an augmented human (to be more precise a human who can use 100% of their bodies physical potential without any drawback) like Cillen.

Memoria threat ranking goes like this from weakest to strongest - Base (animal like), Gamma, Alpha, Echo and finally Remnant (indistinguishable from a regular human).

The differences between a Pony-Human Hybrid and a Human in Cillen’s timeline? Hybrids are perfect blend of human’s natural abilities and magic, an augmented human is a perfect blend of a regular human with technology.

The Betrayal can only normally be wielded by those who share the bloodline it was created from (though this can be bypassed with magic and technology, the Betrayal will always obey Marcia’s will so it is literally impossible to separate the Betrayal from Marcia). This means potentially Trevor (Marcia’s Father), Everlynn (Marcia’s Mother) and Claire (Marcia’s Daughter) can wield it naturally. In Cillen’s case…The Betrayal was altered to be a part of his body by Luna.
