So I know you people want me to be writing more Gravity, but I was a little distracted yesterday between running the game room at Midwestria, and taking a break to go do drunken karaoke with M.A. Larson (wrote Sonic Rainboom, Cutie Mark Chronicles, and Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000) and Amy Keating Rogers (wrote A Friend In Deed, Fall Weather Friends, and The Best Night Ever). Amy did the Smile Song (and fudged the lyrics, which she told me was because the original lyrics she wrote were better, so I said we should go bust down Daniel Ingram's door and make him pay) followed by the two of them doing a Summer Nights duet. Then... I believe I was dragged on stage in my Rarity costume to sing I'm Too Sexy and Milkshake... some pegasister stuck a single in my flank while I was shaking it on stage, and I fear that it will end uo on the internet somewhere.
So yeah, the writers are really cool. They signed my trading cards and were wandering around just hanging out. I got some sweet swag too. Coolest thing so far is my new chibi Tavi plush that was begging to come home with me with her l puppy dog eyes.
I'm about to head back to the con to run the game room all day, but I'll be taking a break for the writers panel and such.
Also, the con staff found out who I was and I've been coerced into moderating the fanfic panel on Sunday. I don't want to do it, so it will probably be chaos. I'll see if I can record it for the lulz.
So... Gravity. Yeah... for those of you recently joining us (and there's plenty of you since I've gotten WAY too many favorites...) I am working on it, but slowly. I had several days of work, plus this con, and I'll be working again after it's over. I completed the poem, and I feel a bit more prepared for the sex scene this time around. No hints on who or what will happen, thats part of the fun.
Thanks again for all the attention it's received thus far. I don't fully understand yet the meaning of clop or why people have an interest in it, but I'm trying to broaden my horizons.
