    Goodbye, Oberst

So I just got home from work a few minutes ago, and the first thing I learned upon walking in the door was...that our Boston Terrier, Oberst, had passed away while I was at work.

    11/01/2016 - Still Kicking It

Hey everyone. It's been about two weeks since I said anything (or posted new chapters, for that matter). My plan, of course, is to keep writing for the foreseeable future, but it'll be mostly when the muse strikes me. A recent emotional upheaval of my own making has sidelined me, and it's going to take some time before I recover fully from that (if at all). I haven't not been writing; I've

News before bed - 10/17/16 NEO EDITION

    GOOD NEWS, EVERYONE!

First, you heard that in Professor Farnsworth's voice. Secondly, writing is seriously happening now because I finally got my...ALPHASMART NEO! WOOOOO! :rainbowwild:

Here is a picture of what said device looks like (picture not mine):

    Yes I am making words I live - 10/03/16

Re: title. I am not dead horse. I am currently writing Chapter Six of The True Shape as we speak, a little bit at a time, chipping away at the marble to find the sculpture within. And when I do finish that, I'll be working on the next chapter of One For The Archives. I don't have and won't have a set schedule, as that kind of time pressure is too much and will only make my writing suffer. I'll do

    News before bed 09/18/16

Y'all probably already saw it, but I posted the sex scene that was not shown in Chapter Five of 'One For The Archives'. The clop is in the story tagged to this blog.

Oh, and I finally started writing Chapter Eight of 'One For The Archives'. Finally. Got some words written, at least. Will do more tomorrow after work. Love you all. Snug your lovebugs. Kiss all changelings.

Arta Promotes: 'Custodian: Pegasus Nights' by WishyWish · 1:50am Sep 18th, 2016

I wish I could say that I'm not biased, but that would be a lie. WishyWish is a good friend and an inspiration, and it is largely due to her influence that I am doing my own fic writing today. So for those of you who enjoy my writing, please thank her for that.

Wish has been doing this writing thing a lot longer than I, however, and her prose is just so much lovelier, so enticing. It just draws one in.

You may already know her for her serial fic Quantum Vault, which has been going on for a while now and doesn't show any signs of stopping anytime soon. But she has recently taken it upon herself to venture into mature-rated, sensual stories. Yes, putting it bluntly, 'clop'. But calling what she has done so far 'clop' is really doing those stories a disservice.

First, she did Gleam or Shine, and then The Smaller Door, and now the fic I am actively promoting with this post: Custodian: Pegasus Nights.

This story blew me away just like Fluttershy blows all the stallions in chapter 2. Another commenter said that it was art, and I agree. It may be sensual literature, but well-written literature it definitely is. You will be aroused, if the themes of the story are relevant to your kinks, no doubt about it. But you will also be lead along on a journey of discovery. It's kind of like a miniature, sexualized Bildungsroman. Kinda sorta.

The pegasus in me adored the story, and I really felt as if I was there, as if I was present in the scene. How I wish I really could be. I would so readily answer the call of the Pegasus Night, to do what nature intended. UNF.

I don't know if I have made a compelling case with my rambling, but I urge you to give this fic a read, and if you enjoy it, check out her other fics. Wish is a great writer who really deserves some more views, and that story by itself I think is reason enough.

Wow Arta, I'm crazy flattered and humbled that you'd take the time to blog about my work. All I really want is for people who favor me with their time to get some enjoyment out of it. I'm so glad you did
