The CMC breaking the universe by being the CMC(though they are separated right now). I specifically remember them trying to summon a fire elemental knowing they would fail in book 7, and counting on it. I'm not sure about the others, but I loved that part. I miss the mane six, but they're not the focus here, so I'll leave out anything regarding them unless you want it.
I found it nice that the CMC, if I remember correctly, didn't shy away from being friends with Snips and Snails while the times were more peaceful (feel free to correct me, I'm willing to be found all wet on this). The two colts haven't had much focus put on them at all, and if there is a part of the story that they can contribute to (maybe with Trixie?), then I'd like to see them return.
