Steve Discovers Hyperdimension Neptunia . . . and you discover one of the darkest projects ever to have the (non-personal) involvement of Steve Burns. It's a typical day at Steve's house . . . but suddenly that changes when he spots Black Heart, the girl who becomes the object of his affection. While at it, he not only draws Black Heart, but also her friends Purple Heart and Neptune. In trying to keep the relationship together, Steve has to watch out for the really nasty and cruel Blanc, who supplies Steve the treatment of a playground bully, causing Steve to have quite the unforgettable outburst. There really hasn't been anything like it! Ever!
