Hello everybo- I mean everypony! It's been quite some time hasn't it? We've all gone our separate ways for a while, doing what we've had to, so we could get by and such. As for myself, I may or may not have had to back out of the fandom for a while, things were boiling over too much for me so everything went on hold for an unforseeable amount of time.
Truth be told I hadn't even considered coming back, but with two and a half new seasons out since S3, and due to some people sending me some VERY well made fandom songs and such, I decided 'fuck it' and came back. I still haven't caught up, but the show seems good still.
But on to the main topic of this post (if anyone actually reads this XD) I'm going to rewrite AHITW, probably with a new name. I need motivation to kickstart my original story, and what better way than to refire and complete an old story that people seemed to love? If any of you are still around and want to get involved, I would greatly appreciate your feedback, support, or whatever you'd like.
I hope to hear from all you old friends and supporters!

Damn! I thought you had abandoned us completely. Good to see you back! I really liked AHITW and would love to offer some insight, I'll just need to re-read it first. Can't wait to see what you bring to the table!
3983609 I'll try and bring some good stuff to the feast! XD I'm gonna keep some semblance of AHITW, but it's going to have a lot changed. I thought about a good bit at work, and that'll make a much more unique story while keeping most of the fact straight. It'll go by a different name though, so keep an eye out friends!
HOLY SHIT, thank the goddesses of the moon and sun. i thought the story was dead and it was going to sit in perpetual limbo of being not finished. i was so into it when i read it then it stopped. so what are you going to do with the original AHITW story, are you going to take it down? that one was highly engaging and exciting to read. sad to see it go down if it does, still welcome back to FIMfiction.
4008222 I'll most likely leave it up for a while, at least until the remake catches up or reaches a point where the original isn't needed anymore. That story is still the basis for what I'm writing, so I'll be using a lot of key elements from there to influence my remake. This time it'll be even better though, so enjoy~
4010141 on the subject of aspect to the original story your going to keep. i really hope you keep the long descriptive chapters. thats one thing i really loved about reading the original AHITW. the chapters were exceptionally long and descriptive which is one of the biggest reasons why i liked your story. that and its got great story and character setup and a lot of details explained surrounding each one. plus i thought the harem romance thing that tory had going on there was adorable. also i never said this about the original but THANK YOU for introducing a male alicorn. there arent enough stories out there with male alicorns in them that are good guys.
