Taking a Breather....? · 7:10pm May 28th, 2016
Ever since February, I've been feeling less and less motivated to write anything new or continue on what I've already been working on, and it's come to the point that I've virtually done nothing new since then, other than creating a few new story plots and their summaries (a system of dumping ideas so that I won't lose them should I forget).
There are a couple of reasons why I think this may be happening. Maybe I've finally burnt out, or maybe it's something psychological since I lost a close family member around January/February. Whatever may be the cause, since now I'm going to be working a 40-hour week schedule for the rest of the summer I've decided that maybe it's time I took a little break from it all, and simply focus on work and relaxing before the new college semester.
Please keep in mind, and I can't emphasis this enough, that this does not mean that I'm giving up writing entirely. So long as I've got these ideas floating around in my head, as well as the will to write them down, I will always be a constant provider of clop and other stories for FimFiction. So, bottom line, don't be too disappointed if I don't post anything new within the next couple of months, nor be too shocked if I somehow to manage to post something during the summer.
I hope that your break is going well, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the hiatus end on the Champion. :)
