3945578 Like Miles said, Kadinger Sanctum. More specifically, a large arena you find after coming up some stairs that have a lot of items on it. It also happens to be the first place you end up facing Barons of Hell. When everything is dead, a wall will open on the opposite side of a stair case that leads to a large door. In there, you'll find this. Also, you see that thing coming out of the ground on the far right of the picture? It's a lever you can pull to open the door to the retro Doom secret in this level. It's in the same area.

Hah, I just noticed the helmet. Hmm, if DOOM is still, as the belief goes, still connected to the Wolfenstein universe, then that makes another Skyrim reference. I am excited for DOOM. Let´s see, the Division, or DOOM....
