Some unfortunate news for S5 after Spike got ALL the Mares

I have some slightly bad news. No, I am not cancelling Season 5 after Spike got ALL the Mares, I am putting it on hiatus, as some of you may have noticed. I have an explanation for this.

A while back, my stomach became sick with something. I couldn't eat like I used to without feeling horrible. The bulk of my diet for the next FIVE WEEKS was fucking bread. So much bread, and some oatmeal and lentil soup. After those FIVE WEEKS, it took about 3-4 weeks to rebuild my digestion to about 90% of what it used to be. Even now I need pills to help my digestion. I'm on week 5, 6, maybe 7, I kinda lost count. I wasn't exactly my happiest overall during this time and was in no mood to write. I couldn't even muster the will to write something like this, this very message!

Sorry, this whole thing just really pissed me off.

So I haven't put up a new chapter because of two things. I have a bit of writer's block and I can't seem to get into it like used to. The enthusiasm isn't coming to me, for this anyway. About a week ago, maybe 2, I tried writing a new chapter and only got up to the three hundreds in words, and most of it was translating what happened in the episode to text, not my own stuff.

So because of this, I'm putting the story on hiatus until the block is moved and my enthusiasm for this returns. I hate doing this to you guys, but them's the brakes.

P.S. You may have noticed I said I don't have an enthusiasm for this story. That's because I recently started writing a new story. It is not related to this storyline and it's not a clopfic. It's a crossover, and the reason I have enthusiasm for it is because I've had an enthusiasm for the material I'm using almost my whole life.
