What I've been up to lately? Well... let's just say writing. · 8:09pm May 5th, 2016
I mean technically it is writing, but not with a new story update. I've been practicing through the method of RPing with some new friends I've made recently in the Equestrian Writers Guild. It started out as an adventure RP but slowly but surely we've gained new characters that our established ones have gotten pretty intimate with. We're thinking of converting the whole thing to the format of a story so we can publish it as fan fiction on here to share with you guys, and here I have a small teaser to show you guys what is to come. It's smut, however, so I can't really publish on Fimfiction but I'm going to provide a Google Doc link.

Thank you for the plug on the group. And thank you for putting all of the dialog together into a story format. I think that the Sentinel and Mayren scene turned out pretty good. :)

The only thing that's keeping it from being a story are the extra bits of our Discord names and dates. I also didn't doubespace between paragraphs and dialogue

I've always been pretty shit at RP. Not enough practice and I feel terribly awkward doing it.

I think my problem is the romance and trying not to nitpick every other character. I feel like an ass or a corny ass 100% of the time.
3923767 I've been told my smut writing is a little corny. Nothing wrong with that as long as you don't have too much corn on your plate.
Also usually your RP can be good as long as you don't make one word responses.
3923811 Yeah, that's the problem with my RPs: I have a lot to say and I feel weird saying it behind another character. I enjoy being me, and becoming another one of my characters is strange to me. Many of the Original Characters I have written are nothing like me (save a few aspects of Mono Nucleosis), and I don't agree with many of their views and behaviors. As such, I feel uncomfortable trying to fit into someone else's skin. I don't really know if that makes sense, but yeah.
