I like music. I love music. In fact, I would even go so far as to say my life and beliefs revolve around music. To me, music is the one bridge between all cultures and races. It is the one thing all humans, no matter the belief or alignment, have a bond of some kind to. Everyone likes music, whether it's country, rap, rock, techno, or even screamo. My belief has always been that music is what will unite Earth one day.
So is it really a surprise that I spend a good deal of time thinking up theme songs for a variety of fictional characters in books and stories? Welcome to The Harmony League's Theme List. Here I'm going to lay down a list of characters and the song, or in some special cases songs, that fits them.
Rules are rather simple. I will use music that has lyrics unless the song itself has a very powerful emotional attachment. One song per character, though I'll admit there is at least one character in The Harmony League that has multiple themes because of specific circumstances.

Princess Celestia: ???
Princess Luna: ???
The ones with question marks are characters I haven’t yet thought up a theme for.
One thing I want to mention is that none of these themes are considered ‘canon’ yet. I want to develop the characters more before I make any final decisions regarding themes. There will be more characters added to the list as they are revealed in the story. Feel free to make suggestions, just remember that this has no real bearing on the story itself. It's just a small side project that wouldn't leave me alone.
With Spike in wrath mode I would say Bodies by Drowning Pool. For Rarity I would recommend Diamonds by Steam Powered Giraffe, yes I know it is a cover but it rocks! For Celestia it is Hear Come The Sun by the Beatles. Still thinking for Luna.

I am saddened by the news that Prince has died. He lived in my home state and it is sad he has died. Great music and we have lost a great musician!
