My favorite kind of cheese right now is Midnight Moon, though their Humboldt Fog is really delicious too. Oh oh, Rimrocker! I can't forget Rimrocker, it's just soooo addicting.

As far as softer cheese go, my favorite blue is Point Reyes Original, the pungent part of the blue is subtle but the flavor just pops on your tongue as it melts in your mouth. Then you have Beecher's Flagship Reserve, and it's not easy to get your hands on this one since only cheese mongers and specialty wine shops like to carry it.

On the lower end, I do love me some Cambozola, Cranberry Wensleydale, and Port Salut. And as far as grocery store end, I like a good Vermont or N.Y. sharp white, and some good ol' fashion Laura Chenel's Chèvre (goat cheese)

I mostly go for Stilton or a good, mature brie. I also love Roquefort. But my absolute favourite cheese, which can sometimes be difficult to get hold of, is Flower Marie.

But I can't have any of them for a while, cos vegan.
