Status of everything... · 4:41pm Mar 4th, 2016
Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to post a quick update on what's happening and when you can next expect any stories from me. Unfortunately life hit me with a bit of a stumbling block, in the form of my living situation suddenly deteriorating out of left field and requiring me to move with all haste. I've now got that sorted (and actually found a possibly nicer new residence for myself) but the process put a serious dampener on my writing output, not helped by trying to make up the time I had to take away from my job to make things happen so my income isn't dented.
As for where my story series stand, here's the current situation:
Elemental Duet - The next actual chapter is finished, but per the response from readers I'm inclined to want to wait till I've done the side story clop fic before posting, unless folk would rather just know what happens next and not bother with all the lewd erotic descriptions in between.
Friendship is Scaleless - Man this next chapter is really presenting a challenge. As many of you can imagine, a lot of significant twists are going to happen during the time in the Painted World, the trick is trying to work out how to make them all happen simultaneously in a way that doesn't feel jumbled or rushed. I know folk want to see Priscilla make her grand appearance already, but as hinted, she's not the only one who's going to be doing so...yet I don't want to have to delay the good crossbreed's entrance for another chapter just so I can focus on what's technically meant to come first....I'm sure I'll figure out a way, but it may take some time.
That's about the long and the short of things at present. Hopefully now that I've gotten past the hindrances of real life and can get back into a normal flow, the creative side will resume its usual pace alongside.
