So, as the title says, Pony Predators of Equestria is on hiatus again. It isn't dead by a long shot, and I do fully intend to start updating with new chapters again, however one thing that's become unfortunately apparent to me is that the story in its current form is just not sustainable for me to keep writing. Fimfiction's word count

What is the world does fimfiction count as a word? I finished writing Chapter 24.33 in Libre Office, which gave the word count as ~6600 words. Then I uploaded the chapter here, and suddenly it's getting counted as over 7300 words. I'm just... so confused

As for the next chapter, it's coming along pretty well. Hopefully it'll be done in the usual ~2 weeks from now, but it's looking to be a longer one so it might take a couple extra days. And then after that, at long last, there will be Chapter 15. Vamponies, Changelings, Princesses, and and the unenviable question of What Happens Next. Plus a couple reveals, one of which I've been waiting to do for months. Well, either that or I might try out an idea for a chapter I've been kicking around, tentatively titled: Chapter 2.5 Caramel's Cloudsdale Adventures, which would give some info on Thestrals.
