DC: Supergirl/The Flash to have a crossover episode on CBS · 1:00am Feb 4th, 2016
Rejoice, my fellow geeks, for CBS' Supergirl, and The CW's The Flash will have a crossover episode titled "World's Finest". More details are at the source.
I, for one, am quite happy to see this, if only because it means that Supergirl and The Flash share a universe, and perhaps some sort of Justice League: TV Edition could surface at some point in the future.
Now time to go actually catch up on both shows, I suppose...
They're both very average, but the crossovers between Flash and Arrow were markedly improved over the rest, so I'm hyped.

Mostly because it had Barry act like a moron and hold the idiot ball the whole time.

I hate that he keeps doing that; I can remember several episodes that would have ended quicker if he had thought things through or used his power correctly.
I do remember thinking part two was better than part one.
I wonder what Tom Welling is doing nowadays.
It'd be hilarious if they got him for a small cameo in a series finale as Superman.

My reaction. Though I doubt they'll go with the shared universe idea. Mostly Flash in end up in the Supergirl universe via the dimensional rifts created in season 2.
