Its been tugging at me, but I've been seriously considering of reinventing my account.
Basically, I'd create a new account, and then focus on that revised version of Harmony's Warriors I mentioned in my last blog post, and post it to that new account.
Mostly because, to be honest, this account carries with it a certain degree of baggage and bad memories, and so returning to it feels... awkward to say the least.
I'm still milling the idea over though, but the idea of a completely fresh start is honestly quite tempting. Hell, a part of me wants to scrap fimfic entirely and just post the stuff on AO3, which has a beautiful tagging system, and is super user friendly.
But I'm not sure, just considering it.

I can understand wanting a fresh start and I know I'm the cause of a fair bit of the baggage and bad memories here. Just want to say I'm sorry for the trouble I've caused and would like a fresh start myself.
After this long it's what I'd do. Actually, I've already done that, like, twice. This is Fedorasarecool, by the way.
The main thing you should do is just narrow it down to only what you want to do. We don't need a sprawling epic, and I'm not sure you even want that. Focus on getting one good story, and if that works, expand.

4577378 Exactly. Of those, I'd say soar is the only one not really in need of being reconfigured beyond cosmetics, and some metaphorical fat trimminf.
My only suggestion is to keep this account as is and not just delete everything. Start over on a new account, but don't salt the Earth behind you.

That is the general idea, yes.
Everything posted here would remain posted, but my new stuff will likely be uploaded to a place like AO3, and then once the story in question is complete, bulk-uploaded to a brand new FIMFic account.
That way I have time to focus on writing, get it nicely polished, and then uploaded here in one go, and then move on, rather then trying to upload one chapter for every story all at once.
I realize I'm... a few months late to this. Was wondering if your still gonna continue your Harmonies Warriors stuff.
I just came back to Fimfiction after being MIA a Year, and i find my two biggest Contacts considering moving on to some new site...
...and the other one apparently passed away.
