The good people of Fimfic have supported me greatly over the years, both on Patreon and by offering me help here. And then, of course, there's my readers. I'm launching this to celebrate there being over 250,000 of them!

Why, a nice big contest with lots of prizes, that's what!
So I'm giving away $1 per 1k readers by making a contest with $250 in prizes.
There are 30 different prizes you could have fun trying to win, so go for it; you're almost certain to win something!
I especially hope to draw some new authors into getting started with writing: There's a special prize of $25 that will only be awarded to brand-new authors who have never published any story on Fimfic before. There's also a $5 prize that's only for authors with less than 100 followers, so don't be scared to toss you story into the ring, even if you're not that experienced.
The most you could win with a single story is $217, but that had better be one hell of a story, and it would have to check off a lot of different boxes.
Oh, and did I mention, the grand prize alone is $100? 
The deadline is March 31st, and sure, that seems like it's a long way away now, but it's better to get started right away and not feel the crunch of the deadline later! Besides, there's an extra $5 prize for the first story submitted -- think you can snag that?
