Happy New Year and Merry Chapter 4! · 4:24pm Dec 31st, 2015
So, just last night, I finished up edits on chapter 4 of A Dazzling Sunset. It's looking pretty good, if I say so myself.
Also, I wanted to bring up that the story will be taking a bit of a turn from what I initially planned. Nothing big mind you, but a small change that after much thought and discussion with my pre-reader and general sounding board, I think is far better than what I was planning. Maintains tone and pacing better, lets Adagio's redemption breathe more and feel, overall, more natural.
Of course, this will require some major edits to chapter 5 from what I've already written, but that's fine. It'll be fun to shift direction. Plus it'll let the queen chew up more scenery, which is always welcome.
