OK, I wanted to clarify some rules regarding the voting, as I was accidentally rather vague on this. I’m doing these chapters in blocks of six, depending on what you, the readers, suggest to me. Here are some rules that are now in effect:
1. This hasn't come up yet, but only one story featuring a particular pony in a block. I want a little variety in what I write, give myself time to think about the plot outline before doing something. On a related note:
Rule 1.a. Only the two highest-voted stories from one voting block will be eligible for the next voting block. For example, since Rainbow Dash just got a story in Block II, she will only get a place in Block III if she receives either the most or second-most votes of the ponies in Block II. I want to give every pony a chance since I've got a lot of ideas knocking around in my head. Rainbow Dash will definitely be eligible in Block IV, though. Also, no pony can have stories in three subsequent Blocks. Don't count Block I in this.
2. You can make as many votes as you want, but only one per character. Votes will be due by the time the sixth story is released, so votes about Block 3 will be due by March 7th, or the release date of the CMC's chapter, whichever comes first.
3. The deadline for the next block is the release of the sixth story in the current block. This is subject to change if I learn how to write faster, but it looks like one by every other Tuesday, accounting for the next 6 or so chapters of Scrap Basket and the next 7 or so chapters of my original fiction Silver Blood (which I will write in any spare time I get for finishing a chapter early, since I want to finish all seven chapters, edit [edit: extensively], and publish it hopefully by Summer but definitely by year's end). If I don't get six nominations, I'll pick the rest. I could start something entirely new or go back to a story. As I run out of ideas, I'll probably be breaking my rule on time between appearances more and more, but so long as I've got ideas, I'll keep going.
4. I reserve the right to refuse chapter ideas. No suggestions for foals or stallions except in the platonic manner. This is personal preference, you will not bend me on it. Besides, the mares should keep me quite busy struggling for ideas. Likewise, if I think an idea is going to be bad, then I want to take more time to perfect it.
5. I'll only be going by canon. That includes the show, movies, and comics: basically, anything Hasbro has turned out. That too is personal preference. The only exception to this rule is any mention of Blueblood, which will only feature things which were canon up to the end of 2015.
6. As of this moment and unless I decide otherwise (which I might do), Lyra and Sweetie Drops will be twin chapters, meaning that if one gets voted for, the other comes with it. They are still far off, because If I'm going to use them, I'm going to have to be very careful. Ergo they will take some time to properly plan out.
7. I will eventually want to move on. Ergo, I reserve the right to end certain stories, which I will mark in some yet-unspecified manner. Votes for these stories will be disregarded, but I may post a bonus chapter if something comes to my mind.
So, yeah. I've probably forgotten several rules, but whatever. Thus, the schedule for Block II:

I'm just glad that Pinkie Pie is going to be continued.
As for my vote for Block III, has Luna made an appearance as of yet? I don't think so.

3653056 Either. Just want to see some interaction between Blueblood and Luna like we have seen between him and Celestia.
I'm happy to finally see Luna in this series of stories. I'm more happy to see Luna actually bonding with Blueblood as his aunt.
