All you'd have to do to fix the neck is just crop it in a bit.

I'm curious on what those white lines are on her mane. If you were attempting to shade, it's sadly not like that. Shading is transparent and not solid color. The ear is also a bit too big, and her eyes are rather small. I like what you did with them, though, as it matches the show very closely.

I was just sort of playing around with different things. As for the eyes and ears, I'm still trying to figure everything out. Thanks for the criticism! It's necessary for improvement and I appreciate it. 
This was more of an experiment than anything else.
No, it's not shading. I wasn't even going to try that with how little experience I have. I'm not entirely sure what they are, actually.
