Schedule Update
As many of you may have noticed I released a Secret's chapter this week. I did that so that the final chapter would not occur on "travel day." Travel day is also known as Christmas Eve Eve and is traditionally when everyone is on the road heading home. With the holiday immediately following that I just imagined the finale would go fairly unnoticed.
Next week I will continue with chapters 52 and 53 of Secrets and the following Monday I will release 54 which is the end of the story.
This ask us is coming out a bit early because Crystal and I have to do some unexpected traveling tomorrow. We're heading to my childhood home to attend a funeral.
My Next Project(s)
Obviously I'm beginning all of the prep work on the next "of a royal guard" story. I estimate I'll be launching it in late January of next year. A lot of the outlining has been completed and I know where I'm going.
The next story that I'll be launching is "Sunny's Days." That is going to run for a little while.
Azurite 3.0 is also in the works. There is a chance it might launch prior to oaRG 3.
Memoirs of a Royal Guard 2nd Edition. This is a big project for me. I'm returning to my original story and doing another grammar/spelling pass. Additionally, I'm tweaking a few things here and there to better clarify what I meant. Plus I want to tie it in with Secrets a bit more. All of this is done with an interesting idea in mind: printing books.
With any luck MoaRG 2E will end up in printed form. This will be a "for the fans" project that will be done "at cost." Essentially anyone willing to pay for a book to be printed and shipped will be able to get one. While I'm on hiatus I'll be working on that.

You know, it's almost too bad that we don't get translations of what Mr. Clockerson is saying, because I imagine he's throwing some rather colorful and hilarious insults my way.
That would be a really cool idea. I'll purchase it one of these days when I have the chance.

A new "of a Royal Guard". Let's see how it'll be called... I'm willing to guess it will be "Tales of a Royal Guard" or "Peripeteias of a Royal Guard". Altruth the 2nd one doesn't entirely fit as SK is as stable as a character can while staying progressive I like the word.
I'm sorry you had a funeral to travel too. But the idea of a printed book is exciting. Be a neat idea to include Crystal's story and such too. Yet I realize that gets costly I mean paper, ink, binding materials, the cover art, publisher costs, ect. Still would a fun idea but I get one has to be realistic.
