As you can probably tell by looking at the wordcount of The Personal Files of Dr. Mindwell, I decided to not finish. I was a week away from the end of the month, and not even halfway through. I would have had to write several thousand words per day on top of my two part-time jobs, a few social events, and doing chores around the house. Worry not, though: Mindwell isn't done, just waiting.
Here's the other reason I stopped writing Mindwell every day: The Princess that Equestria Always Had. I'd always intended the first chapter to be uploaded soon after the season 5 finale, which was on November 26th. I couldn't focus on both novels at the same time.
Speaking of Always Had, I'm impressed by the reaction I saw in just a single day. 67 views, 9 adds to favorites or bookshelves (as well as four new adds for Never Had), 6 thumbs up, and no thumbs down. It's nothing special overall, but this left me speechless for a few minutes. I'm glad you guys like it.
Update schedule: Always Had will be updated each Sunday, and Mindwell might be updated on Fridays.
