Ah, the power of relevance · 4:14pm Nov 23rd, 2015
You know, I kind of forgot that, ignoring my clopfic, my two highest viewed stories were both written right after the characters got an episode. If you've read any of my older blog posts, you'd know I let views and likes and stuff get to my head way too much.
So, I think there'll only be two-four more chapters of this fic. They'll be short, like the second chapter.
Welp, I expect the finale to bring out the best of writers, so whether or not I think of anything at all for that won't matter, and ep24 didn't do anything for me.
Maybe I should write another clopfic to appease myself.
I would discourage writing a clopfic, but that's just my opinion.
You don't have to write a fic for every episode.
3566460 I've already written a clopfic before. I don't mean I plan to force myself to try and make a fic for each episode, I simply meant having your fic based on the newest episode gets it more relevance and attention, and while I want to write something right now, I don't see this a good time, as the season finale would be a centralizing topic coming up soon, and my ideas aren't the best as it is.
3566508 If you want to write, write what you want. You don't need views do you? You have some people who enjoyed your work before, and people will enjoy your work again.
3566523 I do love to write. I usually only upload what I think is good (or incredibly stupid - my 'comedy' fics), and while I know that views don't matter in improving myself or anything really, it does boost my confidence a lot, and helps me feel less insecure about my work.
3567489 You've made popular work in the past, and you will make popular work in the future. Not everything you write needs to be your magnum opus.
