Months of planning. Months of snags, slip-ups and trip-ups. Months of agonizing over the fact that I can't do anything with the most exciting project I've ever worked on. And we're now ready to begin shooting the White Box short film.
During the stage play I've been in the last few months, I came into contact with someone with serious AV equipment. Equipment that he's agreed to let us use free of charge. We're talking about a professional quality camera, lighting and microphones. We're finally ready to get the project off the ground.
Our first test shoot is this Sunday, and set construction will follow immediately. After that, shooting is scheduled to start around the end of this month.
Unfortunate news comes with this, however. As you guys can probably imagine, it would be next to impossible for me to work on my own stories while doing this project. As such, I'll be going on an indefinite hiatus until the film is completed.
Chromosome was kind enough to let us take his story and run with it for the film, so go check out his page! This guy is way cool.
Anyway, our goal is to release the film late December, so watch out for White Box this Christmas season!

Man, I don't even care, I love this story, and seeing it being made into a movie is just too freaking amazing...
