    Became a vtuber

I've always had a problem with social interaction but really wanted to be a streamer. I only wanted to be one as a hobby or for fun and it seems to be helping me open up. It's also the reason I started neglecting my stories again. Ill try to get back to them but if anyone wants my link on here

Sunny With A Chance Of Rain

So I've decided to continue Sunny With A Chance Of Rain. I had originally only intended to write it as a short one off, but found my mind returning to the story with many ideas on where to go with it. I fought with myself on whether to make a separate story, making it a sequel to it, but decided I'm just going to flip it to incomplete and add it as new chapters. Maybe you can give me an opinion

My First Five Most Rememberable Stories on Fimfiction

While I had intended to do ten originally, I barely got four pages into my favorites and had eight really great stories. Then I stopped myself before getting too far, and just decided to pick my first five best stories that I remember most on FimFiction. This list is not meant to be the top stories I've read, nor are in any particular order other than the date I read them.

My First Five Most Rememberable Stories on Fimfiction · 4:28pm Oct 18th, 2015

While I had intended to do ten originally, I barely got four pages into my favorites and had eight really great stories. Then I stopped myself before getting too far, and just decided to pick my first five best stories that I remember most on FimFiction. This list is not meant to be the top stories I've read, nor are in any particular order other than the date I read them.

My wife wanted me to try My Little Pony cause she was getting nostalgic. She had watched the old MLP and neither of us had heard of this new generation; My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I was flipping through the Dish guide and saw that My Little pony was coming on, and decided to give it a shot, for her. The very first episode I watched was Nightmare Night, and it was awesome to say the least. I didn't know any of the characters, but it was really cute, and I really loved Halloween so it was an amazing episode to start with. Anyway, after a Marathon of the series with my wife, I fell in love with the show.

I had always been into fanfiction, before MLP was Spyro, and even before that was Pokemon. It was only a natural progression that my stories evolved to the world of ponies. That is where I came across Fimfiction.net and the very first story that I read. Plus the very first story I favorited, as well as the first story on my list.

Stuck, By Callisto

I'll start off by saying it's a clop. I've always been into that sort of thing with Pokemon and Spyro, and it wasn't a surprise I'd start there. Not to mention I purposely started with a story that had a decent amount of likes and good comments.

The story has come a long way since I first read it, and have read it again since then. It's a rather steamy and shall I say romantic in my opinion. The personalities were well written. Rainbow Dash and Applejack are both out for a run, and words are tossed about. Applejack stops watching where she is going and kabloom! She goes nose first through a stump. Well let's just say the whole story pretty much consists of Rainbow trying different means to get her good friend out of the stump.

I don't want to give away anything, but I really recommend this story.

Sunny Skies All Day Long, By PhantomFox

Even I occasionally read the non-clop fanfiction, and this one was a great read. I don't even have to speak for it, it has gone up 6000 likes since when I had read it. It's a great read, but it isn't my second story I read, it's just the second one I really remember and loved. I tend to forget stories if I don't extremely enjoy it, and this one definitely stayed in my mind for a long time.

Celestia, tired of her constant daily life of dealing with ruling Equestria, goes undercover, and where better than Ponyville? She takes on a guise of a white pegasus mare with a simple pink mane, under the name Sunny Skies. It's not really a long story, and I can't say much without spoiling it, but the characters interact really well with one another, and it's really interesting seeing another side of Celestia's personality.

Xenophilia, By AnonponyDASHIE

Goodness, what can I really say about this one? It was my first lengthy fiction on the site for MLP, and it was a great one. It even was what inspired Ever Growing Friendship. However Ever Growing Friendship wasn't the first fiction I wrote, Cloudline Dasher wasn't even my first account, it's just the one that stuck and became popular.

Xenophilia has one of the major things that I find makes a fantastic story and many seem to agree simply by how much popularity these stories seem to get. Though, with this story they tended to have experience in promoting it. It is posted everywhere, and many sites have at least links to the story from blog boards, to social sites. Despite it having clop in it. I even tempted to try to promote EGF the same way, but failed miserably. I did get a bit of traffic, but nowhere near as much as Xenophilia.

Anyway, this one is a bit lengthier, and I can at least evaluate it better without spoiling too much. This one is also a clop, but it is so romantic, and balances both of them coming to terms and meeting each other halfway in learning about one another's cultures with the reader also learning about the very world they are reading about. The story really makes the reader feel as if they are in the relationship too, that they are a human trying to learn about the pony culture, learning about herd systems, and how it would be like having a foreign creature that you are attracted too, but all the telltale signs that you don't even know you're looking for being completely different, leading to misunderstandings, and in the end, communication is the only thing that sets things right.

However, if you don't like human in Equestria stories, this wont be for you, but it's worth the try. It really is a story that shows that the body doesn't matter so much as long as the intelligence is there for two beings to connect intimately whether it's friends, or something more.

Ok, enough for the random ramblings... A human named Bellerophon, otherwise named, Lero. Which is one way that is shown they really put thought into this story. Bellerophon was a hero in greek mythology that was told he would have need of a pegasus by the gods, and was sent to retrieve it. I wont go into too much detail about the mythology, you can research it for yourself if interested.

Lero, having been living in Equestria was befriended by the mane six, and helped to fit in, despite being feared by many of the residence, but not enough to run him off. Even the very mare that befriends him, Rainbow Dash, has a tad bit of fear, though not like she'd really admit it to too many. Despite that, she befriends the odd biped, and soon falls for him, but nearly ruins it by forgetting the cultural differences.

It's definitely a fantastic read, and I recommend giving it a read. Just be forewarned, it's a bit lengthy at 108,984 words.

Gentleman For Mares, By Demon Eyes Laharl

This one was actually recommended by someone that isn't so much into clop. BronyCurious is a reviewer on youtube, and I follow him as well on Tumblr. I really enjoy his reviews on the MLP series, and when he recommended this story, I delved straight into it.

At the very minimum to say, A portal had been opened by magical means, and now there is a permanent pathway between two planets, Equestria and Earth. Humans and Ponies have even gone so far as to move and live in the other worlds; Humans in Equestria, and Ponies on Earth.

However, the story isn't about this achievement, it is about the main character. A human nicknamed 'Wingman'. While he wasn't there originally to be an escort, this human stumbled into the profession. Turns out many a pony pay for the company of the opposite sex, and Wingman is at the center. The story features Wingman's many jobs, which turns to him ultimately falling for a mare, and the dramatics ensue.

This is a fantastic read, and lengthy at 99k words.

The Keepers of Discord, By Hoopy Mcgee

It's for the most part in Discord's perspective. He is still trapped in stone, and in his captivity, Celestia has hired keepers that tend to his statue, and ultimately entertain him to some inane point. At first it's what you would expect, just ponies taking care of the statue, cleaning, tending to the grounds, and even chatting about lifes problems. Then a particular mare decides to make the statue of Discord feel a bit more homey by making the grounds a bit more... Chaotic!

It's a fantastic read, and it tugs at the feels a bit. I don't normally give sad stories a shot, but I really loved this fic. Definitely a good read, and I'd have to give it another go.

And those are my first five most remember able stories that I favorited on fimfiction. If you enjoyed my recommendations, or just reading this blog. Just let me know and I'll possibly do more in the future, and in more detail. I'm also unsure if I should do like top five bests, or maybe just do a blog on single stories, recommending and reviewing.
