Ah, you're finally awake (Skyrim Blundering)

I woke up in the morgue today. I don't think I was dead. I mean, I could have been. Necromancy has made great strides these past years, but all my bits are still in place (ladies), so I'm fairly certain I wasn't dead. Once the mortician stopped screaming, me and her had a nice chat. Apparently, her father (who's dead) had this knife and she wanted to take it to this other guy in Windhelm (she

Binary Choice: The Wax Worker · 2:36pm Oct 5th, 2015

The Bird and the Cage. Not exactly subtle.

Binary Choice

You bend down and snatch up the token, turning it over in your fingers as you walk towards the exit. It's an odd thing, the design etched into its surface is of some sort of bug thing. The design is pocket marked with tiny chips. You inwardly shrug and tuck the token into your pocket.

You leave the train station by way of an old brick tunnel. You step off the stone of the station to the dirt of the road, almost blinded by the bright sun after the relative dimness of the station. You shade your eyes with a hand. It's Fall, and yet it still feels like summer here. You could get used to that.

It's a short walk from the train station to the edge of the small town you've come to visit. Passing by a few surprisingly colorful houses, you find yourself in the market district. At least, that's what you assume. There are quite a few shops around.

One such shop appears to be a candle shop, judging by the sign outside. A whole shop devoted to just candles?

You enter the shop. It's small, but feels more cozy than cramped. Lining the many shelves on either wall are, unsurprisingly, candles of various colors, sizes, and shapes. In the middle of the shop is a counter, which holds even more candles, these far more exotic than their brethren. They are like small wax statues, less for burning and more for admiring.

Just off center of the counter is an old fashioned cash register. Sitting next to it is a woman one might describe as 'older', but still retaining the spark of youth. She seems to be engrossed in carving another wax statue.

Greet a potential friend?

Who do you think we are, Everybody hates Francis? Of course I say hi, even though I'm too socially inept to IRL.

3444805 Unless doing the 'right' thing irrevocably dooms innocents.

Or maybe it doesn't. Maybe it's like Morton's Fork.

Or maybe the right choice is the right choice.

Or maybe I'm just being a coy little bitch again.:raritywink:

Everybody hates Francis

Oh my god. I would totally watch that!
