Raze Vs One Punch Man · 6:02am Oct 5th, 2015
“Two fighters stand in the ring before us today! Only one will be leaving this place alive! On the left, we have Raze coming from the country of Equestria and on the right, we have Saitama, also known as, One Punch Man! Give it up for these two titanic forces of nature!” The Announcer yelled into his microphone as the fighters shook their respective hands made their way to the starting positions opposite one another.
Saitama sighed as he faced his opponent. He heard the crowd cheering them both on. Each side betting on the other while they stood in the ring.
‘Here’s hoping this, “Raze” puts up a challenge. I need that feeling again from before…’ He took a fighting pose as the other warrior took his own pose.
‘Wow, this guy can’t be serious. The goofy cape and costume just looks plain weird, but that name… One Punch Man? I don’t see it…’ Raze thought to himself as the announcer started up again.
“Begin!”
Raze charged forward being somewhat mindful of the warrior’s name, avoiding his fists while crashing a foot into Saitama’s chest. The blow sent the guy flying toward the other end of the ring where he quickly stopped himself.
Saitama got up with not even a scratch upon himself and sighed, “Can you do any better!?”
Raze frowned and nodded, “HAAAAA!” His hair become a bright golden color and his aura flared up.
“How about this?!” He asked Saitama whom still seemed mildly unimpressed.
“No response? Okay!” He put his hands out to the side and quickly gather two large balls of red ki into them.
Saitama merely stood there and prepared himself as Raze put his hands energy balls together causing them to mesh together into a much larger sphere. He then put the energy ball above his head.
“Flash!” He quickly threw the ball forward while finishing the attack name, “CANNON!”
The attack blasted forward as Saitama retracted his right fist, “SERIOUS STRIKE!” He punched the ki blast causing it to neutralize instantaneously along with the guests in front of the serious attack to be completely annihilated as the entirety of that part of the arena was blown to pieces along with the oceans splitting and the clouds parting way for many miles of the planet’s atmosphere.
Raze’s mouth unhinged as he felt the tremendous power of the hit seemingly blast back around the world twice. Then he realised that Saitama was just in front of him. He felt the fist collide with his stomach and everything seemed to stop.
Saitama leaned back and then walked away as Raze exploded into bloody chunks raining down into the place where an audience used to be.
“Well… Uh… One Punch Man takes the victory! Meanwhile… We need a clean up crew for the arena and Raze... “
So, that first episode was amazing. The manga is good too. :D
