Edit: go figure, the chapter is pretty much finished. I've published already, tho i might make a couple minor tweaks if they're needed. You all have waited long enough for these 10k words. enjoy

So I've had the teaser out, and it's a decent size and all (6k words now), but it's not the entire thing yet. I'm at 9k words in my rtf file, and I still haven't finished up all of the dinner that night with stalwart, or the relatively serious convo dawn's going to have to have with him. Then there's the proofreading, the rereading to make sure i didn't miss anything else in the interim... It's wearing on me and I won't deny, I'm starting to feel pretty burned out. I know that was my issue with this chapter before too, but please rest assured I am working on it and intend to complete this project.
Silver Wing is also feeling pretty similarly, though he just got his chapter in the 'reviewing' stage, and aside from some minor corrections, his chapter is almost ready to post as well, so look forward to that. I hope that I'll follow up with that soon, but with new product training at work later this week early in the morning for a week and a half... ugh. I may become a morning pony in the story, but it takes me a while to adjust, and I most certainly am not a morning pony right now. Sadly, I can't even drink coffee or soda to wake up. Let's say it has other... more risky effects for me. Oh well. I'll try to do what I can to put out the chapter in a week, but I make no promises in case things get really hectic.
