Life of Syn - We Bought a House!

It happened!!!

I took a half day of work, and this afternoon, we did a final walkthrough, met the sellers for the first time, signed our names about fifty times (official count pending), and now, finally, after so many months of work, my husband and I are the proud owners of a soul-crushing amount of debt a house!!!

I'll probably be obnoxiously tweeting the move over on my Twitter tomorrow, so feel free to follow if you're into that sort of thing.

And if you're ever in Minnesota (say, for an awesome convention), be sure to drop me a line. I might know a place you can get a stiff cider.

And i thought our "new" car was bad. I'm glad I'm keeping the cost of house and education i will eventually be burdened with in mind.
