After only two days, Ponies, Pirates, and Navy has had more than a hundred people put it either in their favorites or at least on a bookshelf. It got way more likes (and dislikes) than my other two stories in that time period. More than two hundred people have read it and there's only one chapter out. It's also only in like three groups. What is it about this story that it's getting seen so much more? I mean, I'm not complaining. I'm glad people like it because I'm always worried if people will even like my stories or not. I just find it kind of surprising on how differently they've been received.
It´s nice, light read plus you don´t see many married couples get displaced so that´s a big plus in my book too. That they went as Ruffy and Tashigi doesn´t hurt either.^^
On a sidenote, never worry if the peeps out there will like your writing or not. Some will, some will not. That´s how it allways is. Important is that you have fun while writing.
3362173 I'm glad that you enjoyed the story. I hope that I can think up more for it.
Oh, I do enjoy writing. If I didn't like doing it or was too worried about what people thought, these stories wouldn't have even been written. I've actually enjoyed it way more than I thought I would.
The story is part of Displaced. Any major groups will get you major views, regardless of subject. Add to that it's about One Piece, one of the more popular animes out there, and you have a combination that will draw in a lot of people just through mere clickbait.
I will admit, the story was nice before you threw it into the crossover minefield. Sad to see it go that way, but if you want to do it that way, more power to ya.
