First story is a go

Well, this took me long enough to get out. I've always had this sort of headcannon that if the Sun and Moon were embodied in the world of Equestria why not the more elemental things? Of course, I soon learned that the ponies supposedly did all this. But that still didn't seem right to me. How do they know? How do they decide what this winter is going to be like? Who's in charge of saying if this summer will be long and deathly hot or just pleasantly warm? Who's in charge of the rain and storms? Will spring be quick this year?
It just kept bothering me, so my idea was resurrected until it haunted me into writing it down.
This way, things make sense to me. Now the question remains: will I ever write the thing about Zecora?
